Neomark was originally established in late 1996 as a marketing, sales,
and management consulting firm, supporting the needs of industrial
manufacturing, service, and distribution. Our earliest clients included
Westinghouse, Dresser, TYCO, Siemens and others.
During 1996 and into 1997, Neomark moved from traditional consulting to
representative/agent relationships with most of its earlier clients. Focusing
more on technical products and the needs of electrical power generation OEM's,
we discontinued work in all industries other than power generation by early
1998.
At the request of our clients, Neomark expanded its scope to purchase/resale in
early 1999, at first limiting this activity to sourcing obsolete equipment.
Subsequently, this activity expanded to encompass inventory, distribution and
project packaging of instrumentation, fittings, valves, actuation, miscellaneous
hardware, switches, gauges, transmitters, orifice plates, sight windows and
other miscellaneous apparatus.
In 2001, to meet the growing need for special valves and
valve configurations, Neomark began the manufacture and
inventory of a limited line of High Temperature metal-seated
ball valves, from ½ inch to 4 inches 300#
to 1500# ANSI classes. We also began inventory of a selection
of custom orifice plates, sight windows, linear actuators,
gauges and valve mounting kits.
In 2002, Neomark entered into a venture
with Crabil Manufacturing of Pinellas Park, Florida to provide
machining, manufacturing and assembly of parts and components
for our OEM customers. In another venture, Neomark and Crabil
have developed and are preparing to market parts, tools and
systems for high performance motorsports applications.
